Clean room, nice shower and good views facing the busy city street. All staffs especially the front office and pleasant and cheerful. It's a walking distance to Ratu Mall Indah.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel except maybe for the breakfast (buffet) which was good (nothing crazy either). Otherwise, the service wasn’t really great, they don’t speak well English, we asked if it was possible to have the room earlier (we came with the night bus from Rantepao at 5.00 am), before noon no, except if we paid more (more than half day) or if we stayed a day shorter… well…  Then room was small, not a lot of light came in and smelt of moisture.

Everything is very good,,, only the receptionist is not very friendly and does not smile enough,,, especially the girl,, I checked in in the afternoon around 4 pm,,, it was indeed crowded because there were many events at that time,,, but no matter what the conditions are, welcoming guests must be friendly and smile,,, Even the friendliness of the bellboy and the restaurant staff,,, they are pleasant even though the restaurant is crowded,,, Delicious breakfast with many variations, clean rooms,,,, Next, can be friendlier to guests, especially the receptionist 😉😊

Location strategic, Near with my office, staff friendly fast check in even midnight, room comfort clean, the best choice to stay here. Sure with stay here again if I get business trip. They clean everyday, towel and sleeper change everyday. Have deposit 50K

My last visit was 2020, and now I still love it, the amenities were completed and the maintenance of the building was good. There is no hotel in Makassar would beat the best view of Losari Beach and surrounding.

For service and hygiene, it's very good for this price, but the facilities are not complete, such as tissue, wifi, and shower are not working well
