Very good location right next to the mall . Restaurant has lots of local food choices !

Makassar is probably my least favourite place to visit in Indonesia. Having stayed at various hotels in Makassar, I must say that this is the best - hence my return. However, do not take the entry level rooms - no bath tub for example. Much more comfort in the higher graded rooms - worth the additional amount. Nice breakfast. A lot of sales banter on arrival to take a higher grade room, but the cost difference would be calculated on rack rate which is less than optimal for the customer.

The hotel was good. The staff very helpful. An easy access to the mall although the mall a bit empty. I like the room but the twin bed a bit to small. I maybe will stay at this hotel again

Nice hotel in Makasar

The location is very strategic, near Losari beach. good hotel, clean and good service. The breakfast choices are quite large and delicious

The ditch river next door stinks. Windows are hard to open.

Overall good It's just a lack in the king bedroom request application Get a twin bed room...

First of all, The hotel looks quite busy and crowded from the outside. It's parking lot was a busy place with lots of cars queueing and people around the area. Was little bit think to reconsider about my stay, due to the crowds seen from my first entry to the parking gate, but it's about to change. Found out that the hotel is integrated with one of the decent shopping mall and had some of nice food courts and outlets, it eases me to walk around during the evening to find something for dinner and some sips of coffee. Check in process was smooth and very hospitable, even the Security Guards were very professional with their warm welcoming smiles and assistance. The room has nice view from the Balcony, lots of choices in the breakfast buffet menu, and again, warm services from everyone at the restaurant. A recommended place to stay for a business trip, perhaps for a holiday staycation as well for my next visit.

We stayed there for a nigtht,and like most 5-star hotel, The Rinra Hotel is strategically loocated,providing highly efficient air conditioning. It’s truly excellent,and we thoroghly enjoyed our stay there.All the staff were very polite,and the service was exceptional throughout our stay.

1 night stay want to extand but full coz there are event. overall I enjoy the room it's clean and huge and of course the location is really good attached to the pipo mall its easy to find salon, food, groceries etc. Also near with one of the biggest trans mall studio.
