All good except no basic amenities. Still value for money. Will come back again.

They only clean the room once every 3 days. I needed to have the sheets changed and they were considering charging me for it.

Bad Service Room service is the worst I ask them to clean the room but they didn’t. There is no trash bin in the room The air conditioner is noisy, we can’t even sleep

Located in most convenient place of Makati, also the downtown of Manila, convenience stores (a Japanese chain is operated even more popular than in its home country), fine dining, fast food, and clubs are here and there in walking distance. And one gets what paid for, the compact room, even without a desk-chair set, just a folding board from the wall, and need to sit in the bed. Pic 1, Museo de Intramurous; Pic 2, Manila Cathedral; 3. Second stay here. Loved the location with entertainment and halal food nearby. Room with comfortable bed and a strong hot shower. Had an issue with the room safe but it was resolved promptly. Security was tight too with big men handling the door.

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the sleep quality was excellent. The hotel's location was also very convenient for exploring the city.

This is my 3rd time here, the staff were amazing , the room is okay but the noise came from the AC is so loud, one more, i heard moaning at the my neigboring room is so loud at 6am in the morning, i thought it was soundproof but its not

Friendly service and bed is comfortable. Room is clean.
