GemstoneBR in SMDC Air Residences

I really like the room, it’s cozy and peaceful at the same time. I work as a VA with a lot of tools and the internet connection didn’t disappoint me at all.

Cleanliness - 3/5. As a WFH gurly, I tend to notice the smallest things, yung yellow pillowcases lang seems like it was not changed, you can clearly see it’s not a fresh change. There is also a distinct smell if you focus on smelling, like when you’re lying on the couch or on the bed, like a laundry na hindi nadry properly or under the sun. But overall, location is perfect! I always choose air residence on this area. Toiletries are provided which I always consider in booking kasi I don’t want to always bring a lot of stuff. Check in process is smoothly communicated.

We had a wonderful stay at Gemstone! The location is very convenient, especially since the building has its own mini mall on the ground floor. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, as well as a grocery store, massage spa, aesthetic clinic, and several coffee shops. Everything you need is practically right at your doorstep, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay at GemstoneBR – SMDC Air Residences I really enjoyed my stay at GemstoneBR in SMDC Air Residences. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, especially if you’re staying for more than just a night or two. One thing I really appreciated was how much was provided inside the unit. There’s a proper kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, rice cooker, plates, utensils and other cooking essentials, so you can actually prepare your own meals. There’s also a washing machine, which was extremely convenient during my stay. The apartment itself was cosy and nicely decorated. I loved the little living area with the sofa and Smart TV, and having Netflix and YouTube available made it easy to relax when I didn’t feel like going out. The bedroom was comfortable, and I also appreciated the slippers, toiletries and other small essentials that were provided. Those little touches made the apartment feel more welcoming. The bathroom has a hot shower and they even provide a hairdryer. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is basically already there. The location was another big plus for me. SMDC Air Residences is in Makati, so it was convenient for getting around, and having shops and other essentials nearby made things much easier. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and I think GemstoneBR is a great option if you want something that feels more like a little home than just a hotel room. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it, especially for solo travellers or anyone planning a longer stay in Manila. ❤️

Good service close to shops & restaurants. Supermarket ground floor. The area around the building & Makati all with in walking distance

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. Great service and a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really recoment this place! Clean, smells good, good furniture, smooth self check in, very convenient place, closer to supermarket, parlor, restaurants, bank all in the area around. Same building have also a mall. Very convenient.

I stayed in Room 2769, and unfortunately this was one of the worst-maintained units I’ve experienced here. I’ve stayed at this property many times, and it’s always a 50/50 experience, some rooms are well maintained, while others, like this one, are extremely poorly kept. Several items in the room were broken: The couch is damaged, exactly as shown in the photos. The hairdryer is broken, it turns on for about five seconds, shuts off, and gets a burning smell, which is a clear safety concern. • When I contacted customer service, I was told no portable dryer is available, which is surprising for a property of this scale. It really makes me question whether these condo units are being properly inspected, maintained, or equipped before guests are allowed to stay. Basic functionality and safety checks should be standard, yet this room clearly hasn’t been looked after.
