Hotel was beautiful in an excellent location. Hotel staff were very professional and helpful. The girls on the desk Laila, Athena, Mica, Pam, Aly, Steph and Coleen always very polite, knowledgable and helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

The location is very good and convenient, with many shops nearby, including 7-Eleven. There are also several halal restaurants within walking distance, which makes it easy to find food. Overall, it’s a strategic area and easy to access daily necessities. However, the traffic around this area can be very heavy, even when traveling to nearby places. Short distances can take quite a long time, especially during peak hours. In summary, this place is excellent for location and accessibility, but guests should be prepared for traffic congestion when going out.

it was a superb experience, really worth it’s five star rating. the staffs are all friendly, approachable and accommodating. All of our requests have been taken care off. There was a slight problem dining in the Roofdeck restaurant but they gave us free food to compensate. the view is spectacular, the breakfast is great. This is also our first time staying in a hotel with a large smart tv so you can have a chill netflix night with your friends and family. this is highly recommended

My recent stay at the City Garden Grand Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The biggest highlight is definitely the roof deck pool—it’s superb, offering stunning views of the skyline and sunset. It truly feels like the perfect city escape. The hospitality here is five-star, no question. The staff are incredibly kind and approachable, and they even generously upgraded my room from a standard to a superior king. That level of service makes a huge difference! Highly recommended for a romantic getaway, social events, or anyone who just needs a fantastic break from the city hustle.

We enjoyed our stay at City Garden Hotel in Makati. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained—great for unwinding after a busy day in the city. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop bar, which offers great views and a lively atmosphere, especially in the evening. The hotel is also conveniently located near the red-light district, making it easy to explore Makati’s nightlife and nearby dining options. Overall, a comfortable stay with a great rooftop feature and a very central location.
