Ramada Encore Makati

Food: The breakfast was very limited. The food was alright, but the selection was not enough, especially for a hotel in this location. Facilities & Condition: The hotel feels old and tired. You can clearly see this in the wall lining and overall room condition. It would benefit from renovation or better maintenance. Staffing: There seemed to be limited staff on duty. We even overheard some employees complaining and they looked noticeably tired, which affected the overall atmosphere. While some staff were polite, the low manpower was evident. Amenities: We really like that It has overlooking deck. It’s a good spot to relax and enjoy the city view, especially at night when the skyline lights up.

Front desk staff so friendly , hotel is at prime location nearest to restaurants and mall .I prefer again to stay in this place overall nice place .

The hotel looks nice from the outside and the reception area is presentable, but the rooms were extremely disappointing. The room we were given was filled with mould, damp, and had no natural light, windows, or proper ventilation. After just one night, my family and I developed blocked noses and coughs. There were also many mosquito bites, and the air conditioner was leaking directly onto the bed. We arrived at 7:00am after an overnight flight with two exhausted children, only to be told we had to pay ₱3,000 for early check-in. Otherwise, we would have to wait until 2:00pm. After pleading with them, they reduced the fee to ₱1,000 if we waited until 9:00am, but anything earlier still required ₱3,000. This was frustrating, especially since I had booked two stays with them (before and after our Boracay trip). When we finally got into the room at 9:00am, we were told we couldn’t have breakfast (which ended at 10:00am) because our booking didn’t officially start until 2:00pm. The poor room conditions combined with the lack of flexibility and compassion from the staff made our stay unbearable. We cancelled our next booking and found an alternative hotel. I would not recommend this property to families or anyone expecting a healthy, comfortable stay.

Very spacious rooms. A bit old, but still clean. Steam sauna was a nice addition but the rooftop wasnt open. Restaurant/cafe was basically non existent. 2 star quality amenities. Room and staff service was really great though.

I must say, my experience at that particular Ramada Hotel was quite disappointing. The room had a very musky smell. But the buffet was good.

Comfy bed, large room, good breakfast buffet. It's my 3rd time staying here, will book again
