U Hotels Makati

The room are clean and big, enough spaces to put two big size luggage also the bathroom are big enough

This was the art hotel in the busy makati area, close the nearby malls such as power plant it was close the main facilities and the cafe downstairs provided food such as breakfast, however the breakfast area was small and the menu was limited.

Thanks for the upgrade. It’s great location. Can walk to bars, clubs and restaurants in Poblacion. One thing I was shocked is the price of laundry, 350 pesos per kilo?!!! I think that’s too much but maybe the guests are foreigners so they don’t mind.

Such great value for staying in a vibrant area of Manila! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast is recommended in the lobby cafe (best meal we’ve have on our trip!). Our room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed and AC. The TV connects to YouTube, Netflix etc. If you like having something on whilst in the room. We were aware before staying that being in a built up area meant you could hear the noise outside and this didn’t bother us at all. The shower was cold and I’m sure had we minded the staff would have fixed it or changed room. But it was actually quite a welcome respite from the muggy hot weather!

Staff are accommodating and nice. There is a 2k deposit upon arrival. Bed was bouncy but comfy. AC works. Hot water works. There’s bidet. There are slippers, hangers, mini ref, towels and toiletries inside the room. When i arrived there’s no water bottle but the next day when the cleaning staff arrived, he gave me 2 bottles and an extra tissue. Thank you! Guard was also nice downstairs. He helped me on checkout. Wifi was just not really great. Not sure if it was the room but i keep on being disconnected at most times. I’m not able to watch netflix on TV also coz it says no internet connection. :( So i had to use my own mobile data during my stay. But other than that, i’d definitely stay again. Thanks!

Probably one of the best hotels and value for it’s money that I stayed at while I was in Manila for a while. It’s near the busy streets of Poblacion, Makati (ideal if you like to party and try local food nearby). Overall, the cleanliness of the whole room and bathroom is great. The staff is also helpful all through checkout. Most likely I would stay here again and recommend to other people.
