Over all, I love makati daimond because bed is comfortable. We also made request suggestion last time and they have improved. Delicious and more choice than pork. But i think some of the staffs are unprofessional at communicating and this breakfast was terrible. All mayonisse and you dont call it breakfast. This was terrible. If you just have breakfasy it will be fine.

Its prime location in the heart of Makati made it easy to access shopping, dining, and business areas, which added great convenience to my trip. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience that combined excellent hospitality with comfort and accessibility.

Staff were friendly and helpful across the board. Room was cosy. The amenity I loved most was the filtered water machine in room. Saved me the trouble of buying drinking water from convenience store. Although the hotel is lovely, I wasn’t able to catch much sleep as there was a construction going on directly across the street in the wee hours of the morning, which is no fault of the hotel.
