I can confidently say that this hotel has become my go-to place whenever I’m in the area. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and carry a subtle fragrance that adds to the relaxing vibe — it’s the kind of detail that shows how much care goes into keeping the place welcoming. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They are not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive. Every interaction feels personal, as if they’re invested in making your stay memorable. Whether it’s a simple request or a bigger need, they go above and beyond with a smile, and that kind of service is rare to find. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one stands out because it consistently delivers comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality at the highest level. Excellent service. They let us check in early as the room is already ready. Breakfast is plated but has options and is very good. Staff at the front desk, Kat, is very charming and professional. All my requests prior to check in were taken care of. Some updating on the facilities and equipment are due but ok lang naman. :) thanks The Sphere!

1. many bugs (flies) n 2 cockroaches found 2. TV is “smart” but no netflix and youtube, only normal channels, basically normal tv 3. room service is daily but doesnt change sheets, bed covers and blankets 4. water is in bottled form, unsure about cleanliness 5. room cleaning spent 1.5h in a room next door after i requested it for my room, but left within 20 mins after cleaning my room, just not sure about the difference in timing 6. corner bed light is broken and will not turn off, had to turn it to a corner to sleep 7.fast wifi and aesthetic rooms

The room is big and clean,would be better if with inverter split type aircon, caused the windows type so noisy

The location fo the hotel is quite good for business trip. As I just stay a night in this area. Can't have too much comments aboyt the surroundings nearby the hotel. However, it just took few seconds for me to walk to the place for my work. The traffic is busy as this is the CBD in Manila. I more important thing needed to be mention is Makati is quite safe if you want to find a place that is safety.
