Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at, this one has the best customer service and the most welcoming staff. The location is good and accessible. This hotel also allow pets to stay. The staff also prepared complimentary cake and simple birthday design inside the room even though I did not request for it. Perfect go-to hotel for fur parents and fur babies who just want to enjoy quality time together. The breakfast inclusion is also delicious. We will rebook again!

Noise Nightmare hotel. Do not stay here!! I am not usually sensitive to noise but the walls of this hotel are super thin so you can hear everything happening in the hallways and streets. Also there was a dog in the neighboring property that barked ALL DAY AND NIGHT. I informed the staff and asked them to do something about it but they did nothing and never got back to me. I barely slept the 4 nights I was there. The room also had a main electrical box in it that buzzed loud 24/7. The breakfast is ala-cart and decent. You've been warned about the rest. It's cheap but not worth it.

Never again… We ate at Mamser fo dinner..We are very dissapointed about the food which is the Bihon ..Its very salty..I donno why they are cooking that food and serving it to us without checking the taste of it..Also the margarita drink there is insect🤮🤮🤮

Aside from its good ambiance, what we mostly like is their service. All of their staff are accommodating and helpful specially Ms. April, Ms. Ria and Ms. Jaylou. Everything is worth it! We love their massage service from ate Lanie! I felt asleep while she was massaging me.

During our stay, we were plagued by loud music, and the rooms are poorly soundproofed, making it impossible to get any peace and quiet. While this was bad enough, the real issue was how the situation was handled by the management. The manager, Cybille Barcebal, demonstrated a shocking lack of urgency and professionalism. Initially, she instructed the front desk staff not to disclose her name to us when we raised our concerns. After pressing for assistance, we were told she was "too busy" to come down and speak with us, and that we would need to go to her room if we wanted to talk. After waiting for a considerable amount of time in the lobby, she finally made an appearance, but the delay was unacceptable. Even when she showed up, her demeanor lacked the concern or professionalism one would expect from a manager in the hospitality industry. There was no genuine effort to resolve the issue promptly, leaving us feeling ignored and frustrated. This experience not only revealed poor soundproofing in the rooms but also highlighted a serious problem with the way guest concerns are handled by the management. A lack of accountability, respect, and proper service made this stay a very negative experience. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a quiet environment or responsive management. Be aware of these serious issues before booking.

Eclectic boutique hotel oozing with charm. Stayed here for a short business trip. Room was compact, clean and comfortable. Staff members were exceptional. Small breakfast order but perfect for what I needed. Don't expect bells and whistles but they deliver on simple to a high level.
