The check-in was easy. The reception was easy to deal with. The room is a decent size. And the location is perfect for me as it was just a walking distance to where I needed to go. Easy walk around Makati. The price is superb!

It can get really loud since it's beside the street. There are no chairs in our room so we had to eat standing up/on the bed.
