I had a great stay at The Charter House in Makati. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its unbeatable location—it’s directly across Greenbelt 5 and just a short walk to Glorietta, Ayala Center, and the Ayala Museum, making it perfect for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. It’s an excellent choice for travelers looking for affordable accommodation in the heart of Makati without sacrificing convenience. If you want a hotel that’s close to major landmarks, restaurants, and shopping malls, I highly recommend The Charter House. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Makati!

it was our 4th tine staying in charter house, the staff are always very nice and the room are always clean. the location is very convenient for us. so for sure we will come back.

Iam a frequest guest here at the Charter house. It’s just across greenbelt mall & near to Glorieta & SM makati. They serve breakfast. They have room service as well. Good value for money. Friendly staff.

i particularly appreciate the clean & good smelling sheets & towels.  Good food at the restaurant too

Room was clean and very close to the greenbelt mall. The service is spectacular! I forgot my phone and asked them if they still have it and they confirmed.

Love the location and the staff. Location is just right across Greenbelt 5. The staff is very helpful, from the security guard, doorman, concierge and reception. Check in was smooth and fast. They even allowed me to have a late checkout at 1 pm for free. I just had a problem with the heater in the shower since it wasn’t working despite the maintenance coming to repair it. As it turns out, they need to replace the heater. But over all, it was a satisfying stay. Would recommend!

Ive stayed at Charter house since the past 15 yrs sometimes on my yearly visit to Manila or as a transit overnite. The location meets my needs as location is great restaurants are abundant and awesone hotel service.

The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Only downside is that there's no parking facility. You have to pay for your own street parking.

Location is very near Greenbelt, Glorietta. Transportation is very accessible to Grab, GSM and Taxi. The room is clean but very old. Water Heater is not working well, sometimes it's working, after a minutes it is not working.

Well pleased with this place very affordable right in the middle of Makati the staff very pleasant and helpful and the cleaners were great even got a decent pool with seating and sunbathing area 1👍👍

Been staying here at least once year when ever I visited the Philippines. I love its proximity to a lot of things and rate is very reasonable. Location is very safe and close to so many restaurants.
