5 star!!! Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good, we enjoyed it! They also gave me free upgrade because we need 1 queen bed instead of having 2 single beds. A Crystal clear swimming pool, jacuzzi is so nice!! Front desk staff who assisted me for check-in and kuya guard sa pool area are so kind, I forgot his name pero we went to the pool around 8am. Thumbs up!!

I had such a great time staying here. You can’t ask for a better location. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but you pay for location and you barely stay in your room exploring this beautiful city. Thank you so much to Harly and King at concierge. They were extremely helpful the last few days from helping me coordinate pickup for my laundry service to making sure I was always had a ride to wherever I needed to go. They go the extra mile here. We enjoyed breakfast a few days during our stay, and thank you to Ann and Joy. They hooked us up with mangos. You made our stay so much better. I will always choose this hotel due to the proximity and the service they provide.

The hotel is quite good. Big rooms, I had a one bedroom apartment with a small kitchenette. Can't complain about the room. The main problem was the satellite TV or lack there of. They have Sky, but don't subscribe to any of the channels. They don't even have CNN or BBC World. They are there, but you can't access them. The management say they will turn them on for you at your cost, but it take 3 workings days. Great if you are only staying a week. You have to pay for a month ! No Discovery, AXN, History .. nothing except local TV. This can make it a bit boring at the weekends. The breakfast is average .
Valero Grand Suites by Swiss-Belhotel

This apart-hotel was a great experience for the holidays. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. On Christmas Day, there were carolers in the lobby. Housekeeping provided cookies as a holiday gift. The gym has all of the basics with a beautiful view. The pool is smaller, but open most of the day. There are beautiful live plants providing a nice aesthetic and fresh air. There were times when no one was swimming and the pool area was peaceful. If you are looking for a delicious brunch, Cartel Cafe is a five minute walk. Make a reservation for larger parties. If you need coffee to go, there are many Starbucks within a few blocks. There is a pharmacy and Krispy Kreme across the street. The Makati Green Belt is walking distance.

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. But the door knob on my room is a little bit tight and so on the other rooms that I can hear the other door from the inside of my room whenever they open and close the room. but so far my stay are great.
