"Very disappointed. Been here several times in the past six months. The prawn lingerie is magnificent, so I was so looking forward to it. What came out after over an hour's wait was a child's portion of lingerie paster, no chili and tomatoes or sauce of any kind as described in the description on the menu, and a pitiful five prawns! Usually I don't complain, but I did. The response I got was, " we have a new chef, and we have been busy tonight "!! So, although usually I love the food here, don't go in for food if it looks busy."

"Just had three nights. I've walked past this pub plenty of times but only been in once (nearly forty years ago!). I find the whole Rame peninsula truly magical, but our stay here was wonderful. Worth every penny, will definitely be back by ferry for a Sunday Carvery. I hope we get to stay again some time. Staff were very friendly and hospitable."
