The area is still under development so access to transport is a bit limited. Meanwhile the in-house restaurant serves healthy and good food. Decently clean hotel but having lived in Singapore, that is considered 3 star.

Amazing hotel with terrific buffet breakfast! Tamarind restaurant was also excellent but morning buffet is really good value for money. Large room with enough space for extra bed. Quality room facilities. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Best part is it’s walkable from airport. As dad was wheelchair user, had to avail transfer from terminal (not free) although drop off at terminal was complimentary. Only negative was weird switches in room where one had to turn on foyer and room light in order to turn in bathroom lights (for bathroom use at night even room lights had to be turned on!)

I had a pleasant stay at The Ramayana Hotel and would especially like to thank the chef—the food was absolutely delicious. However, there was an issue with the travel desk. The designated staff member arranged a driver for us but ended up charging an extra amount, which unfortunately left a bitter impression at the end of an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Everything was very good. Excellent staff and service. Tasty food. Only problem is that you have to call someone from the hotel because the shower system in the washroom is confusing

Clean hotel but not worth the money, 50% more expensive than Tajview hotel in Agra. Restaurant and food was good. One bad experience, Amit Singh at reception was rude, he needs customer orientation training, or should be moved to a different role. Hotel enjoys monopoly, but matter of time, if they don’t work on better value and improve the reception staff, it’s a matter of time customers will choose alternate options.

Very poor service and Food ,package food very bad quality,reception person talk package boleee kar khana,nahi bariya khana khabygaeee required paid separate money....they served jala huaeee dosaaa.... before 30 minutes check out room management talk vacate the room ....just like ghara ka vara khali kara ra haeee.... i am strongly suggest don’t stay this hotel...just loot money

Hotel was good, but I think it is overpriced. Rooms are also good, but again price factor. Food was above average. The staff on the reception was very slow. Overall, I would rate 3 out of 5.
