Good experience. Get the job done. Also has nice views. Perfect for people going to Umrah.

The reception contacted me after 15 minutes and asked me to come to the reception, about a mistake in the reservation, I told him that I have a confirmation from the trip.com about my booking, moreover I the reception phone dose not answer either busy or no answer, the cleanliness of the toilet is bad as shown on the attached photos,

A little too far from the Kaabah with some uphill and downhill, but to reach the Haram premises, compound, that is still manageable. Rooms are good but with small view as 2 huge airconditioners are blocking the view.

Honestly such a wonderful experience! Masjid Haram walking distance, lots of food options around. The hotel itself was fabulous - clean, elegant and fancy! Staff was very helpful. Coffee shop and a mosque inside the hotel.

Our hotel room was spacious, however the old fashioned style gives an impression that the room isn’t very clean, and bathroom was mediocre. It isn’t too far from the Haram but it does require a 10/15 min walk through Anjum Hotel, and then another 5 minutes to get to Gate 79. One thing to consider is that the room doesn’t come with an iron and when requested from housekeeping, you cannot keep it your room permanently which is inconvenient. Overall, for the price, our stay was nice.

Al Ebaa have been our favourite hotel everytime we visited the Holy Mecca. The location was very strategic. Its just a 6 mins walk to reach Masjidil Haram. However, bear in mind that there were steep hill road you have to walk to reach Haram. The hotel were really clean, smell good. We reach early in the morning, the check in process was really smooth. I recommended you to add breakfast cause it was fantastic.

Excellent service. Perfect location to teach Harram within 10 minutes walk. Luxury room and Lovely variety for breakfast and dinner. Definitely we will come again.
