The raffles hotel in other locations is of a much higher standard. The suite that we were staying in Makkah was tired and needs refurbished. The bathroom tiles, flooring and shower need to refurbished and need replaced. Walls could do with freshening up as they are marked in many places. Better dusting could be done around the suite- dust was on the skirting boards, lamps etc. The curtains were as though they have never been washed and are stained/marked. We reported issue with the noise of the bathroom fan in the toilet area, however this was not addressed. For the high price we paid we expect the suite to be in a much better condition. My husband and I were annoyed that the suite did not live up to the raffles in other countries we visited.

It's located in prime location within front side of clock towers .It's definitely a top choice every time you visit Makkah. 10/10! 👏⭐️ Immaculate room, everything in its place." top-notch suites looks brand new everything kudos to their butler staff! house keeping staff need to improve alot World First class services Well-mannered, welcoming and professional staff, especially Mr Chakiri as he is the biggest asset for Raffels Makkah, who listened all my constructive feedback to improve further for best guest experience 👍 Big shout out to Mr. Ayyub Shaik the Restaurant Manager, is phenomenal, his service was 10/10.He is best & and suggests tasty items. He definitely made our trip even better as Ayub ensured our food was tip top. Definitely, I will come here again and again, and my strong recommendation to friends and family is to be here as one of the greatest palace to perform haj and umrah Note: they have free car parking ,sauna and jacuzzi, etc. facilities for guests, which I was not aware until my checkout. I recommend to inform guests by email before check in about guest privileges like other accor do the same

This stay was amazing & I was upgraded upon my arrival to the Haram View Presidential Suite. My kids were beside themselves upon entering the room. It’s was truly a majestic experience. Raffles Makkah made our Umrah so special & for that we truly & eternally grateful. We will definitely be returning to your establishment Insha’ Allah❤️❤️❤️

The rooms were beyond luxury , the staff were so well trained, I mean you have your own butler in every suite. This amazing hotel to stay. If you guys ever wanna to a hotel in Makkah Saudi Arabia. This is the hotel that would exceed your expectations.
