Very good experience! The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to Haram. Communication was excellent, and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel. Very close to Haram, approximately 7 minutes walk.

Location near to Al-Haram about 10minutes walk. Hotel at hill side, need to walk a bit steep road. Check in fast. Room clean but the carpet a bit old. Water heater pressure good.

Hotel are near from haram, nice place during hajj season, there are 2 street from this hotel, so you can choose when you back from haram.

Good hotel given the mature and ageing nature of the building. Strong split AC makes the room cool and comfortable.  The facilities and amenities in the room work well except for the shower head. It did not work.

The pavements are full of birds stool and its smelly. Lots of dusts when i slides the window like the dust was literally so thick. I hope u take this seriously and clean the room and the hotel properly

The service is very bad. I requested another room, the reception said is full while I was seeing in the trip, they are still open the advertisement for room. How come? The road to Haram is downhill, but when you back to hotel, uphill road is very exhausted. It’s not suitable for elderly. I asked for mineral water since the staff will not care, but they deliver very so long. Feels like there is no service here.

Very Nice stay at Manazel Ajyad Hotel the staff friendly, good amenities, easy check in and check out.

Reception behavior is worst dealing with the customer is so bad, during the time of Checkin, the boy was attending, I asked the question where is the room, he was shouting and saying go this way and showing finger towards me. Very bad experience with this.  Another one is finding the location Ajyad is not easy via google map.

Amazing location, only problem we had was the buggy guy was too slow so we always end up waiting for so long.

Very close to Haram and good service. Only thing is it's on a mountain and hidden. Also no delivery services to the location.

The check-in process was fast, the staff were friendly, especially Mr. Turki, thank you for your help. They have 3 towers (A, B, C). We booked a room for 4 people and got it on the smoking floor of tower C. If you want a non-smoking room, please inform them during check-in because we got a room on the smoking floor. Unfortunately, the amenities are not very complete, only soap, shampoo, and hand body. There are only 2 towels, and no slippers. The room is not very spacious, the bathroom is also very small. The hotel is close to the Masjid al-Haram and on a hill, so you have to be prepared to walk uphill.
