Atlantis Residence Premium By I Housing Reviews

Exactly looks like the pic. Super clean for the room obviously clean it before we entered. Definitely will come again. Only a small prb was the shower drain was clogged so the water drained very slowly

Overall all good and clean! customer service is good too they were really friendly! thank you

There were 6 of us who stayed here and it was such a pleasant stay! The unit faced the swimming pool and it was so spacious and clean! There were many eateries nearby too. We truly enjoyed our stay. The check in and check out instructions were clear as well. One improvement can be to add dressing tables and chairs in the rooms as we did not really have anywhere to put our small items and phones when we charged them. Overall, 10/10 would recommend booking this unit for a pleasant stay in Malacca!

Our stay was good. Good environment, facilities. The only thing that need to be improve is the check in procedure if you can make it more simplify.

So dispointed on this time. I booked and i paid for 1 room with 2 bedroom but i got 1 room with 1 bedroom . When check with the operator , they said the sistem only booked for 1 bedroom . While my receipt was clearly for 2 bedroom . And the most i mad is i wait for about 1 hour to get the final decision . Wasting my time . End up , just make refund without show me the detail of the room and the price act . Just spoil my holidays with my family . And the last is , u cant get ur deposit as u check out . So now i have to wait my deposit and the refund . Oh , bfr that . That one service girl who talk to me while laughing with ur friend , u better go to some management skills and how to dealing with customer .

This accommodation is very comfortable and clean! The location is great, making it convenient to go anywhere! Highly recommended!

Room still acceptable, but the amenities are quite old and need to replacement

Location is very good, near local attractions and within walking distance to nearby restaurants. A lot of good restaurants nearby in Kota Laksamana. Room size is perfect with basic amenities. Nice swimming pool for children!

Everything is clear, easy to access. Overall i satisfied with the service

Agent is very responsive and helpful. Check in and check instructions was very clear. Overall nice stay for a short vacation

Best place for families, everything is there for you and the location as well, for kids it's Haven.

Apartment room not available last minute and we need to book another older apartment as not many choices left.

The check in/out process was quite seamless, and inline customer service was prompt! the towels provided seem abit old and the shower tap/holder need tightening/replaced, otherwise was a decent stay :)

Thank you so much. I had a great time. The views were amazing.
