The rooms at The Pines are spacious.. good for families with 2-3 kids where they can get their own sleeping space. Love that the lights and aircond was already turned on prior to our arrival so it made the room more welcoming.

I saw some negative reviews before booking and was quite worried, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived! It looked exactly like the photos. The room was huge 😍 and beautifully decorated. The king-size bed was super comfortable. The air conditioning was on all night, and it felt like sleeping in an ice cave, so cold! 😆 We were all very satisfied 😊 I really liked the restaurant's ambiance, though the food was just average. Some reviews also mentioned slow check-in at the front desk, but we arrived around 3:30 and were checked in very quickly. No long waits as some reviews suggested!

Cleanliness can be improved. Especially toilet and bath tub area. Floor stain and basin area. Hotel is good and premium but felt like lack of proper maintenance, like room condition can be much improved. Overall 7.5/10.

I really strongly recommend this hotel it’s clean, easy to access, lovely staff specially Ms. Bigam so friendly, kind and helpful person the room super clean I will come back to stay here again.

Nice stay overall, however there were a couple of areas that disappointed us. Breakfast used Buttercup margarine instead of butter. I understand some guests may prefer it, but it was really not to my taste. We requested two additional bottles of water, and the next day asked for another two. We were told we had already “claimed” our allocation and would need to pay for more. We were asking for a normal amount, not excessive quantities. These small issues affected the experience, and unfortunately we may consider other options for our next stay.
