This is not a hotel, it's an apartment Airbnb located about a 10-minute drive from Joker Walk. The room itself is reasonably clean but it lack of basic amenities. There is no bottled minerals water provided—only a water dispenser—and essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and lotion are not included, it just provided one bottle of shampoo and body wash and it placed on the floor, making it uncomfortable to use. Another issue is that only one room access card and elevator access card , which can be quite inconvenient for multiple guests. The bathtub setup is also inconvenient and impractical, as it is located at the middle between kitchen and bedroom. If someone wants to use it, others are essentially restricted from moving between the two areas. To make matters worse, the hot water for the bathtub is not actually hot, making it unusable. Additionally, the property requires a RM150 deposit at check-in. It is recommended to pay in cash, as it will be refunded immediately upon checkout. If paid by credit card, the refund process may take one to two weeks. Overall, while the place is acceptable for a short stay, the lack of amenities and inconvenient layout may not meet expectations.

Love the spacious and clean home, and the location is convenient to get to anywhere. The security guards are very friendly, and I’ve already booked my next trip again.

The staff is friendly and check in process is easy and smooth. The room is spacious and clean. TV and air con function well. Will repeat booking if visit Melacca next time.

Overall, my stay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues with the facilities and management, although there are a few positive aspects worth mentioning. 1. The toilet flushing system is very weak and unable to properly flush waste. There is also no exhaust fan, causing unpleasant odors to linger after use. 2. The shower area lacks proper shelving for toiletries, which is inconvenient, especially for female guests. Although the space is not small, the towel rack is installed above the toilet, which is both unhygienic and impractical. 3. The unit is advertised as a two-bedroom space that can accommodate up to five people, which reasonably creates the expectation of having two bathrooms. However, the upstairs bathroom is locked and used as a storage room. This becomes highly inconvenient, as guests have to wait excessively long to use a single bathroom. 4. The doorbell issue that was reported earlier was never resolved. 5. The air conditioner remote control was initially not working, but a replacement was only provided later at night. 6. Only two out of four elevators were functioning. During checkout time, it became extremely difficult to get an elevator. Once inside, it stopped at almost every floor due to high demand. It took my family and me nearly an hour just to get from the 22nd floor to the car park. There was also no proper ventilation or air conditioning inside the elevator, which made the situation very uncomfortable and almost suffocating. 7. There is only a mirror in the bathroom, which makes it very inconvenient for guests (especially women) to get ready or do makeup. On a positive note, the overall room cleanliness was acceptable, although the towels could be improved. The interior design is visually appealing at first glance. However, the layout is not practical. Watching TV from the sofa is uncomfortable as it is positioned at an awkward angle. To face the TV directly, everyone has to sit in a row on the stairs, which is quite inconvenient. Overall, while the design may initially attract guests, the functionality and basic comfort fall short of expectations.

I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and beautiful scenery. We were lucky enough to have a room overlooking the [mention if it was the ocean/city/mountains], and it was simply gorgeous. Inside, the accommodation was very good—modern, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. It’s rare to find a place that combines such a nice view with true comfort so perfectly. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. We left feeling completely refreshed.
