The service is good but the room was really bad! I stayed at 613 - the air conditioning is not working Then i changed room to 619 There’s dustmite on by bed that made me scratch by back like a monkey, because of too tired i ended up sleeping on the couch instead of the bed Really unhygienic. Won’t come again!

Located just near the city(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms. Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)

The hotel was a good one although a bit far from what we were going for, The Jonker Street. Overall, it was a nice experience though.

We booked this hotel as per recommended by other guests reviews. However, the first thing we feel upon arriving at 3pm is that the lobby is very warm, there is not even a think cold air blowing from the ceiling air-con. Anyway, we booked 2 rooms a week ago and we were told that the rooms are not ready, yet. The check-in time for this hotel is 3pm, but we have waited 30 minutes only to get our first room and another 30 minutes to get second room. The first room was super dark as there were only 1 light working, so we ended up calling the maintenance to fix all other lights in the room. The second room was not clean, hair were everywhere and there's even a pair of leggings hanging in the wardrobe. Both rooms showers were not properly clean, hence the water is not able to run, as it's clogged due to massive hair balls stucked in the hole. That's not all. As our rooms doesn't comes with breakfast, we bought 2 breakfast for the first room for next day. There was no meal vouchers given to us except the receipt as the receptionist told us to show just the room key to the cafe staff. But, the cafe staff refused to let us in even after we showed the room key to him. He told us that we need to present meal voucher to him, which was not told to us by the receptionist. We told him to checked in the system as we have paid for it and he refused to do so. He shoved us away immediately without checking further. After all the hassle, we went to the receptionist at lobby and seek for refund. And we were told that it takes 15 working days for the refund (which is MYR30 only). We paid by cash for the breakfast when we check in, but we cannot get our cash back instantly for refusing us go enter the cafe. We don't think that we deserved such treatment by the hotel staff, just because the room rate are affordable, doesn't means the hospitality standards can be regards as third world class. What else can we ask for? If it's not due to TripAdvisor system, I don't even want to give even 1 rating.

Nice location,easy to find food surrounding the area & also free parking provided by the hotel. The hotel room is clean & tidy .The room amenities are ok and the breakfast can be improved. The hotel also has a swimming pool just nice for kids to get wet & fun with parents .Hotel staff are not disappointed all very friendly & helpful.

Like always the hotel room is clean tidy and comfortable. Staff hotel is friendly and helpful. Parking is free provided by the hotel apposite the hotel. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance. Deposit rm50 for checking in the hotel.

Idk why but the tax was so higher after i obeserve it . Masa first check in overall was okay except aircond tu kipas dia dah tak boleh nak bergerak so nasib masa tu my sibling naik kerusi adjust sikit dia punya sisik aircond tu.. aircond pon dah mcm nak uzur and second masa adik lelaki buka water heater then ttibe air memancut keluar dari tempat buka tu.. its was like mcm benda tu tak rapat and agak bahaya.. please take a note and make some improvement . Selalu check maintainance. And last mintak bantal lebih but then tak boleh the recepient said dah takde and dh bgi extra bantal pdahal bantal ckup2 untuk 3 katil

What a great atmosphere! Beautiful lobby! Great smell ! Great location! The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a positive experience overall. I will definitely stay in this place again.

While the hotel itself is fairly basic (except for one very cool amenity which I'll mention), the location is what makes this place great. If you stay here, you'll be just outside the noise of the night market but within a very easy walk of all of the most important attractions in town. The rooms are pretty basic but they are clean. My room smelled like it had been smoked in which was annoying but I was so tired from my trip in that I didn't really make a stink about it. Otherwise, the room was cool (A/C), clean and comfortable. The shower head was wonky. The ”rain shower” didn't really work. It just sort of pulsated from the middle of the shower head. But, there was plenty of hot water. Now the cool amenity. There are filtered water sources in each room. This is so much more efficient than providing daily water bottles. There is no breakfast offered which at first was annoying but then there are so many great places to get food (CHEAP) right by the hotel that a hotel breakfast would have been a wasted opportunity to try some other local food. Oh, and while there is free internet, it was actually quite weak. It was not strong enough to complete a WhatsApp call.

Superb location ie within walking distance to almost all attractions and if you are tired there are many tricycles around to cycle you back to the hotel which is at the quiet corner facing Taming Sari doughnut. Note:The washroom door in our unit need extra scrub
