The stay at the hotel is managed through an application and there is no contact person to answer questions. Access to the building and rooms is via a link, which can be a bit cumbersome. The block has four floors without an elevator. The rooms are well-equipped, quiet and have everything you need to stay comfortably.

I read all the comments and I was a little scared... The issue with Checkin is that I had to contact them to send me the welcome email so I could register those of us who were staying there. Once done, they send you another email with the buttons that open the entrance door and the room, all directly from the phone. There is a QR code there that you are supposed to scan and just follow the steps, I didn't have to use it because I was already able to access with the email. Everything was very easy and super fast, nothing to do with the negative comments I had read. If you don't receive an email, ask for the welcome email. The room was fine, it's not a hotel, but it was fine for me for what I was looking for... the bathroom was perfect and the room too. We slept well. I contacted them through the following email ******************, giving them the reservation number. Everything was fine and perfect.

The only good thing about this property is the convenient location in the center of Malaga. Impossible to communicate despite everything being managed via the web from the check in for which they do not send any information via email, internet and telephone essential to open both the entrance door and the room so be careful not to find yourself with a dead phone or to lose it because you will not be able to to enter and there are no working numbers to call. The room ... no comment .. forget it, the fourth floor was certainly built later and I would be curious to understand what is in accordance with all this. Stairs with scandalous widths and heights. To hope not to have back pain because the entrance staircase has the ceiling that reaches behind. Pigeons that can be heard walking on the roof at all times as if they were in the room. Very hot room with beating sun. Small bed sheets so slept for 3 nights on the mattress with a hole in it and smelling of dust. Very high pillows and mattress that collapses. 1 only towel for a room for 2 people and a bathroom without a window or porthole and without a vacuum cleaner so the smells of the bathroom come out in the room without the possibility of airing.
