Everything is good, especially the location!

Check-in was a butler service. An uncle led us along the way and told us where the gym was and the opening hours of several restaurants. When we arrived at the room, our luggage had been delivered to the room and stored. The location is in the center of the old city, and it is very convenient for eating, shopping and going to the cruise ship. It is within walking distance

This hotel is in the old town, diagonally opposite the Picasso Museum. The address is unbeatable. There are many delicious food nearby. The front desk introduced the best tapas I have ever eaten during this trip, and they are not expensive. Newly renovated, the room is quite beautiful, quite big, clean, tidy and comfortable. The attitude of the front desk was very good, the attitude of the staff was also good, and the breakfast was also exquisite. It's a very worthwhile hotel to stay in. When you are tired from shopping, you can always go back to the hotel to rest. Note: When traveling in Europe with children, you must pay attention to extra beds, otherwise you will have to pay extra on site, which will not be cheap.

Nice, there is a balcony

Wonderful holiday. The hotel was within the historic centre of Malaga. It was very clean. The room was delightful. A good size for a historic centre city hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful. I’d most certainly return and would have no hesitation in recommending

We spent a long weekend getaway here in March. The hotel boasts an ideal location, and despite our room across the street from the main building, we experienced no issues with noise. The attention to detail within the hotel is commendable, with no shortcuts taken in its design and amenities. While the room was compact, it was comfortable, and the bathroom was exceptionally well-appointed. The staff struck the perfect balance between being friendly, helpful, and respecting our privacy.

Very well located property right in the heart of Malaga you can go walking anywhere full of restaurants and plenty of places to go

I know many people say this (myself included) in other contexts but this was more: The staff here was just fantastic -- helpful, informative and just good people.

The room had a view on a building site. The hotel did not accomodate any of our requests ( eg. getting a better view, paying for a better room, changing room the next day). We asked to speak with the manager, but she was not available. The premises are well kept and the room comfortable. The personnel is kind, but instructed to say " sorry we can't..."

We are well-traveled folks. This hotel is exceptionally beautiful. Each room is an interior decoration gem. The restaurant’s chef also owns a Michelin star restaurant. The breakfast itself & the area are exceptional. Close to all attractions/shopping/restaurants /bars. Perfect and professional staff.

Apart From the issue with my Tv in bedroom didn’t work, I rang reception and after some time I got changed to a different room . The rooms are spotless, modern and gorgeous .

I stayed in a room in the “new section” of the hotel. It had a “new wood” smell, and everything was indeed crisp and new. The bed, the linens, everything was terrific.

Great location and property. The staff was helpful and friendly. Would recommend this property and location.
