The hotel interior design is gorgeous, with modern French style, that’s the reason I decided to book this hotel. However, my room’s sewage system have serious issues. I only showered for 15-20mins, with both shower glass door and bathroom door closed. The sewage system doesn’t works at all. The water flooded bathroom floor and goes into bedroom. I didn’t aware that initially, and I slept over because of the wet floor. I then spend 40 minutes to play the role of housekeeping to clean the water. Meanwhile, Hotel management team won’t give any solution as my electronic devices are damaged, and my shoes are wet due to this flood water.
Besides, I request early check-in days before I arrived, because my flight departures at 5am, I didn’t sleep for that night. But, they provided early check-in for other guests (who even doesn’t request that), not for me. I fully understand early check-in is subject to availability and not every hotel contain this service. However, there is no loyalty program for this brand, and the two guests who able to check in is Europeans, and I’m Asian. I do believe it is discrimination. Especially I heard significant laughing from housekeeping upstairs when I’m extremely tired and uncomfortable, still waiting for regular check-in in the lobby.
