Toc Hostel Malaga Reviews

The hostel is located in a 2-3 mins away from the Main Street of city center and there is a supermarket and many restaurants so it was very convenient and felt safe. I wish there is a curtain in each bed and door lock in the bathroom…But staffs were very friendly!

Front desk staff are friendly. Staying in a 6 female dorm. Space is quite small, especially bathroom. No curtains, but organizer by the head is quite nice to have.

The concourse is really pretty, feels like a hotel. The room has sufficient air conditioning and it's clean. Even though we have 8 people in a room, we don't feel stuffy. The toilet and bathroom is really clean as well

The location is awesome. You can walk to almost everywhere. The room is clean. Overall it’s the best hostel I’ve ever stayed.

The hostel location was just perfect! Very central and easy to commute. Clean, peaceful and vibrant hostel. Surrounded by beautiful peoples. The pillow and bed were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed my stay! Wifi connection was good too. Overall I’m fully satisfied and definitely come back for more.

Very nice experience

Like a hotel, it's great! But for backpacks, there are no hooks in the room, no open fire in the kitchen, everything else is good

The location is good, right in the center, not far from several core attractions. Although it is marked as a youth hostel, the view is actually quite good. The individual rooms and beds are partitioned, so it doesn't feel noisy. The car is parked in a nearby public parking lot, but you can pay at the hotel, and there are some discounts.

This time I stayed in a double room (suites). It was a very nice place to stay, and the staff were very friendly, so I had a very comfortable stay.

The bedside lamp is a spotlight, which is embedded in the top and cannot be adjusted. It is too dazzling! I hope to change to an adjustable angle lamp. It would be better if there is a curtain at the head of the bed to increase privacy. Everything else is good. The location is good and it is very convenient to go to the attractions. The front desk service is super good and patient.

Always a pleasure to come back to Malaga, the hotel is the best for solo travelers. The service is just amazing and very kind and welcoming. I choose this hotel every time, for its many qualities.

It was too narrow, and the bathroom and other rooms were not cleaned at all. The cost-effectiveness was the worst. Other than the location, there weren't many merits…

The bedrooms are just like the photos. Hostel in very good conditions. The price was a bit steep for 3 nights (+€130), but it was a good experience. The bathroom door, which gives access to the toilet door and the shower door, does not have a lock - I think this could be something that could be improved, although there were no problems, I was always worried that people wouldn't notice that I was taking a shower and that they opened the door (as the clothes had to stay in that area as there was no way to put them in the shower without getting them wet). They could also add an extra iron to the upper beds, to make it easier to climb in (it only has one side and can be easy to unbalance). Curtains could also be added.
