Limehome Málaga Calle Ancha del Carmen - Digital Access Reviews

This is our second time staying in the apartments under Limehome, as the furniture and interior decoration always meet our requirements. The flat was spacious, around 35m2. Everything you need, like tableware and kitchenware, was provided. Also, there is a coffee maker and kettle. There is no free water, but the two tea bags and two coffees are free. Instant hot water and strong water pressure and towels are provided for 3 days. However the mirror light was broken and the air conditioning was weak. It was reported on arrival and they allowed us to change to a new room the last day, but we chose to stay in the same room as the bedding of sofabed of the new room wasn't prepared and new room is much smaller. Overall, I would love to come back again and stay in the properties of Limehome, as the customer service is prompt and strong at problem solving. We didnt take pictures of the room as it was exactly the same as those on the Internet. And these are the photos that we saw in Malaga. And hope you all love what we love too.

Great Stay!

Everything was nice, there were just couple of disappointing things: 1. That’s not so simple to get into. We had to call to the support 2 times. Pin for the appointment didn’t work. You may need Wi-Fi to check in before enter, use the appointments one. 2. There was a problem with internet connection. Only once but for the whole evening. 3. Cleaning came after 9 days only. So we were out of toilet paper and clean towels.

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, but the overall experience was very disappointing, far from our expectations of basic accommodation hygiene and service. The next morning, we found a live cockroach crawling on the floor in the room, and my friend was frightened and panicked on the spot. That afternoon, the hotel's alarm rang for no reason, causing guests to be frightened and unnecessary confusion. When we went out on the third morning, we saw a dead cockroach again in the hotel corridor. Unexpectedly, when we returned to the room that night, we found another dying cockroach in the bathroom. This situation is really unacceptable, and we immediately contacted customer service for assistance. However, the response of the customer service was even more disappointing. Not only was the attitude cold, but the words used also made people feel that they had no intention of solving the problem. In response to our cleaning needs and room change requests, the customer service directly replied: "There are no rooms to change now", "We can't provide cleaning services, and we have to wait until tomorrow morning when the staff go to work to deal with it." This way of handling makes people feel very helpless and ignored, and no practical assistance or alternative solutions are provided at all. Although the hotel later offered to compensate us with 10% of the room rate for that night, this amount of compensation was not enough to make up for our psychological anxiety and discomfort. This stay made us extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, pest control and customer service of this hotel. We will not consider staying here again and cannot recommend it to others.

Everything was fine, I would definitely repeat it and I highly recommend it for a family. The only bad thing was that the elevator didn't work and going up 2 floors with small children was very complicated, but everything else was fine.
