We booked 2 rooms online (2 adults & 2 children in each room). When we arrived, one of the staff gave us 2 separate rooms for only 1 family! and the staff was very rude & didn't offer any solution. He made us to run around to their other property across the road. Finally, other staff offered solution & gave us the rooms we had booked! It was a bad experience! Rooms are spacious. But carpets need to be cleaned & look very bad. We didn't opt for breakfast, so, no comments!

The background for the stay: We had to stay in Paris for the night between 28/05/2022 and 29/05/2022, otherwise the next leg of our journey would not have been possible. We were shocked to see how difficult it was to find a hotel in Paris and how expensive they were. (Only later we found out that the reason was the Champions League final between Real Madrid and Liverpool, which took place in Paris on 28/05/2022.) Therefore we ended up in an area much further from Central Paris than we would have liked. Having read some of the negative reviews, the hotel was a positive surprise. The people at the reception were friendly and professional. The young gentleman checked us in smoothly and efficiently, and the other young gentleman with whom we checked out the following morning was equally pleasant, he helped me with my luggage to get down the stairs from the lift to the reception. That is the kind of service you often do not get in more high end hotels. The room was small and basic (no kettle, no mini fridge) but it was spotlessly clean. It also had double-glazing which kept any noise from the street away efficiently. It had wooden floors which I found pleasant and hygienic. The big positive surprise was that the bathroom had bath. It was not a full size one but still very nice. There were 2 soaps and 2 shampoos in the bathroom. The towels were fluffy. There was even a balcony - big enough to stick your toes out! The negatives were: The walls were paper thin, you could everything from close by rooms. Luckily we did not have any neighbours partying all night - they came in, did their evening preparations and went to sleep - so we had a good night's sleep. There are lots of steps: The lift is situated between the floors, so you have 9 steps to your room. You also have 7 steps to get to the reception from the street , 11 steps from the reception to the lift. But the steps were not steep or spiral, which helped. There are useful services close by: A Carrefour was 1 minute away, a boulangerie 2 minutes away, we had dinner at the Italian restaurant Il Segreto 5 minutes away, which had very good food. A modest but much better hotel than we expected.

The apartment had a dirty mock, the pad was sticky, the pad was not completely empty, a lot of dust on the furniture (table feet, and chairs, TV), there was a missing pad, badly soundless apartment: The apartment was located in the garden floor, under the foot floor. A wheelchair could have been installed for more safety at this level. Night manager David was most helpful and welcoming when we arrived one late Monday evening. This newish business hotel is conveniently adjacent to the Boulevard Périphérique Paris (Paris Ring Road) making it highly accessible from the CDG airport in just thirty minutes. We were tired after the long flight so we were very grateful that he checked us in so promptly for our ten-night stay. With our platinum Bonvoy status David also upgraded us to the Junior Suite (#122) with a view of the pleasant inner courtyard garden. The spacious trapezoidal shaped room came with large sofa, writing desk, super king size bed, large closet and an integrated compact fridge, safe and beverage bar. The bathroom was also extremely specious. Everything smelt clean and looked spotless. Our requests for extra pillows, hangers and toiletries were always met promptly. Housekeeping did a very good job. Our reservation came with daily breakfast which is served on the ground floor. An amply above average spread - but more importantly the quality is very apparent in spite of the lack of a live station preparing eggs. All in all, CMPdV comes highly recommended. Their team managing the front desk are irreproachable.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of an Easter family break. The location of the hotel is great for parc des princes which is only a 10 minute walk away, and the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the nearest metro, with the eiffel tower only 30 minutes away door to door. Uber to eiffel tower from the hotel was about €15. The hotel itself is clean and well-appointed, and our room was a good size and clean and easily accommodated me and my wife and our two children. All in all, we had a great experience here, with the benefit of meeting the Lens squad, who were staying in the hotel for thier game againts PSG.

Children's free extra bed plus breakfast, very intimate, location is not far from the subway, travel is very convenient, near the university town, the security is quite good, but also free of charge luggage, the service is quite satisfactory, the restaurant is good

Les seuls points positifs sont la qualité de la literie et la taille de la chambre familiale. Pour le reste, tout est vétuste. Le code wifi ne fonctionne pas, le coffre est cassé, la moquette percluse de taches. L’acceuil est froid Et peu aimable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais avec une cafetière en panne et la qualité du thé laisse à désirer Bref, nous n’y reviendrons pas

Stayed here for 7 nights for our holiday in Paris. Service was great from check in to concierge to helping us open wines we bought outside. The concierge helped me to book the taxi to CDG, smooth and reliable. Our family room was spacious, and offered a great view to the Latin Quarter. Comfortable beds and well designed bathroom is exactly what we needed after long days in museums. The location was very convenient. Only 3 mins walk to Montparnasse station, and there is super market 1 minute away, which opens as early as 7am.
