"I arrived at 9:15 PM and had to wait a long time for someone to answer my call. They hung up on me several times to speak to someone rudely, with no patience to explain how to do things or to help me park my car. It's a shame. However, the daytime staff were very welcoming, no complaints there, except for the night staff, as there was no one there at 8:55 PM. It took a long time to get through, but the hotel itself was great, very friendly."

"Lovely hotel from the outside but inside it's pretty average... Everything is shabby, my room was small with tiny toilet/shower. The room is also poorly insulated. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway, especially the cleaning ladies who are really not discreet in the morning... I had a so-so night..."

"Lovely little 2 star hotel located in Paris suburb, Malakoff. 8 minutes walk from metro station (M13). Hotel has a small restaurant on the ground floor, offers affordable meals and jolly atmosphere. Hotel looks a bit tired, however, as a fan of old houses and worn down staircases, this was exactly what I wanted. Staff was extremely nice and friendly. Rooms were not especially clean but everything was in its place. A downside and to be honest a big one, was lack of air conditioning. It was blazing sun outside, 30 degrees and our room had no air whatsoever. So I would reccommend rooms facing north. It also guarantees that you can have some peace and quiet, because the street sounds and bar sounds from below might be quite annoying. And they do smoke a lot in the bar below... All concidered - a lovely place to stay, a bit worn down but kind of happy..."
