Booked 2 nights for my wife who was visiting her mother at the local hospital. As we didn't know what time she would arrive I booked 2 nights. She arrived on the second day at 11 am, only to be told her booking had been cancelled as she didn't check in the day before. They then proceeded to charge her more than DOUBLE what we had already paid to stay for just one night. Disgusting behaviour, and they have just lost a lot of business from our family.
