Malang Grand Palace Hotel is located on the edge of the city center. The location is pretty good. There are many roadside stalls, Indonesian snack stalls and local fruit stalls on the right hand side as soon as you exit the hotel. If you are used to Indonesian food, it is quite good. The hotel lobby is not designed well. There are not many guest rooms and they are small. The hygiene is OK but the bathroom is too sparsely equipped. There is only toothbrush and soap. It is not suitable for business customers.

I booked Hotel Tugu Malang for my friends as a surprise honeymoon gift, and they absolutely loved it! From the moment they arrived, they were impressed by the beautiful setting and warm hospitality. The hotel exceeded their expectations with its luxurious ambiance, exceptional service, and stunning design. Our second, and definitely not last, stay at Bobopod. The pods are extremely cozy, and the wall control panel works excellently. Bathrooms are nice and clean with good personal space.

The hotel is very comfortable, the service is very satisfactory, the rooms are clean and tidy. The location is quite strategic on the side of the road, easy to access anywhere. The security level of the hotel is also very good and satisfactory

Such an old building, but well maintain, room is big and clean. Places in front of alun-alun, near to many places of interest such Kayutangan, and surrounding by many food stal and restautant.

Plesantly surprised by this hotel. Location is perfect with lots of cafes and eateries within walking distance. Room is big with 2 queen beds, perfect for the family. City view is nice, and the balcony is a plus point. The only setback is that the pipe for the toilet bowl leaks and there is a constant pool of water there, which could also be slippery and is dangerous. Maintenance could be improved.

The hotel location was superb! There were some spaces for improvements such as breakfast menu options and variations. The taste was decent but relatively not enough for 4 stars rated hotel.

It is in a good location to move nearby, and the price is the best, quiet and cost-effective accommodation, and it is highly recommended.
