The staff at reception always disappear from the desk. The phone in the room cannot be (no cable connect to the phone is it broken or fake phone idk) I stayed 3 nights. I found wifi problems cannot access for the whole day whole night, and water supply was shut down when my boyfriend was showing (no phone no staff no help with that situation) what a terrible hotel

Our stay at Kaani was perfect, thanks to the staff who are very welcoming and warm especially Mr. TIGER, they will do everything to make you feel at home.
The value for money is just impeccable. The hotel also offers excursions and activities at attractive prices. The breakfast is complete and varied.
