Hotel internet very very bad. Call them and they said would try to fix. But did not get feedback. Two hours later call again and they say could not fix. Was a matter of internet provider. Then I had to check earlier. Was planning stay Saturday and Sunday but checked-out Saturday morning before 11:00 AM.
Also bedding sheets had molds and carpet had really bad smell. Breakfast at last was good.

Great Family Hotel!
Wonderful kid-friendly hotel! Spacious rooms. Amazing breakfast buffet!! When we return, we plan on staying here again.

I travel all over the world around 50 years.
I arrived at night at Montevideo. The driver from Cot was extremely rude.I took a taxi to this hotel. The security is the big problem her I think his name is Gonzalo. He never helped me . He seems in a very bad mood like he hates his job. No manners . No help . He took my American If and never returned my document.later I asked for a beer opener he never gave me one . He DONT CARE !!The place is not 5 stars I been in Las Vegas and France and London many times I know what a 5 stars is. The place is gorgeous. The green. The pool. The light. The jewelry for sale is beautiful.

I asked for a walk up call at 5:15 am to catch my plane and “the security “ Gonzalo I believe is his name never called . I had to take 4 luggage’s . He don’t even say GOOD MORNING! That dude should be fire . Terrible servers ce.I took an Uber move my own bags myself and took off with sadness. The place is nice . The breakfast is better than the restaurant. The servers are working hard and helping. But I don’t think I will return to a hotel with this. Type of rudeness . Security ? The problem I never felt safe with this employee. Is terrible to work in that nice hotel and be rude with your customers .the tv wasn’t working i beer opener in the room.

This is a very luxurious hotel with 3 pools, excellent dining facilities and breakfast in a garden setting. Staff very friendly and helpful in all matters. This hotel highly recommended.

Outside property is nice but hotel needs serious renovations . Totally outdated . Could’t get our room before 4.30 pm and manager was not very concerned….
Very disappointed despite this hotel could have a great potential if renovated and a better management.
