An unforgettable Sicilian experience, where the care and attention to detail in the rooms and the people provide the backdrop to a marvelous location overlooking the sea on the beautiful island of Salina, where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The infinity pool overlooking the sea, the good food, and the wonderful aperitifs accompanied by a typical island welcome made our holiday UNFORGETTABLE. A lovely experience from start to finish! Clara is so kind. Situated on a high cliff - with a small but lovely pool with the best views on the island! Nice pillows and bed. Lovely views from both our rooms - especially the Premium room. Superior room has slightly larger sitting area on balcony. Rooms are spotlessly cleaned! Spectacular views from rooftop bar! Really nice breakfast, although hot dishes cost extra. Pool never crowded - and they do not close the pool in evenings, so you could practically bathe at midnight if you want to. Drinks and snacks are ordered up in the bar and are then served by the pool if you desire. Drinks typically come with some savoury snacks. DEFINITE SEAL OF APPROVAL - and I'm picky! A place for both physical and mental regeneration, this is your best bet on Salina (checked some of the other top hotels) - an absolutely lovely place.

We absolutely adored our stay at the Punta Scario. The setting is simply to die for beautiful overlooking the sea, with views of Stromboli and was so serene. The rooms are lovely and the outdoor spaces are beautiful and special. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and delightful to speak with (and they were helpful with all sorts of questions). We would come stay again for certain and can’t say enough good things about it (and all 3 couples in our group would agree)

We just had dinner at the restaurant and whilst the hotel itself looked amazing the meal was the most underwhelming and overpriced meal of our trip. I initially ordered the gnocchi with mussels it was crazy salty (and trust me I normally love my salt) so salty that I had to send it back so the waiter suggested I order another dish so went for the zucchini pasta with ricotta upon her recommendation- photo attached as it has to be seen to be believed as it’s literally pasta with fried zucchini and shaved ricotta on the side for 22 Euro. Really hope they can get their kitchen sorted as the property was so beautiful.

Hotel punta scario is perhaps heaven. Best hotel I've been to recently. The view of Stromboli is incredible. We spent three relaxing days by the swimming pool and evenings on the deck with the beautiful sunset for an aperitif. Every detail was just perfect - including the breakfast bag to take with us when we left for the early ferry. Valentina made our experience exceptional - she helped us tremendously when our ferry was canceled due to the wind. A huge thank you for saving our vacation! She also was great with recommendations of local activities and restaurants. All of the staff were attentive and kind. We did wine tasting and aperitifs at capofaro which was lovely, but think the view from punta scario (and food) much better. Love hotel Punta Scario, definitely highly recommend!

Third time here and never fails to impress! The location is breathtaking and the hotel so beautifully landscaped with the added feature this year of the infinity pool! Also a sauna and Turkish bath included for good measure! Elisa at reception always generous with good advice alongside ever-helpful Valentina and all staff. Delicious fruit at breakfast… wide variety of high-quality food. Very much recommend this hotel!

The staff is super friendly and you feel free to ask them antything, for example about the history of the island! the lovely location is just next to the entrance of the patjway to the puntascario beach. the best thing is the pool, where you can just see the horizont and the misty islands Panarea and the vulcanic stromboli with the smoke the vulcano pops every once in a while. the sunset from the aperitive terrace is beautiful, and locals come there to enjoy the sunset too. the breakfast has fruits and bread, and even yogurt! our room had a terrace facing the sea and there was nice, beautuful roustique sunchairs, the same ones as by the pool. there is a new small spa area with a steam sauna and a finnish sauna, which made us feel at home and very pampered ＜3

The hotel had an ample breakfast, an evening cocktail hour, beautiful views and an infinity pool. It is a walk up hill to the town of Malfa. Staff was friendly. Easy walk (downhill)to Spiagga dello Scaria.
