Great stay for a family with kids but slippery tiles by the pool, kids fall down with bruises. The internet is disgusting. The food is great. Sea across the road.

Avoid not what was described or shown in the photo description So we have just come back from a four day break. Overall opinion of the hotel is not a four star hotel. Very disappointed! Room we were given was right outside the lift on the second floor the noise was awful especially at 12am with shouting and banging. Not what you want when you have children with you. Asked for a family room got given two double beds pushed together. Bed was broken. Room was dirty looked like they just swept the dirt etc under the bed! Not good! Pool was dirty on the first day! Had to tell reception. No slides were working as we were quoted in the description of the hotel when we booked! We were charged Holiday tax when others we had spoken to hadn't been charged. Food wasn't great either had to go out eating which wasn't really in our budget and when booking all inclusive you hope for variety and not the same old every day. Some days their food choices wasn't great and the mix of foods that don't go together. The down side of booking with Love Holidays is there is no rep to help if there are any problems. Very poor with hardly anything for the kids to do! I personally would not come back to the area or the hotel. There is nothing for the children to do...Beach is stoney and doesn't look like it is looked after. Not enough variety and can be quite repetitive with bits they had for dinner out at breakfast the next day! Pool was dirty slides were not as were described and closed. They had an additional pool which was green in colour Dirt swept under the bed! Lack of bins in the room one bin in the bathroom. Cleaners didn't take any rubbish I had left in bags for a few days.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Friendly, polite staff who really couldn’t do enough for us. They was so very helpful and catered to all our needs and wants. The food was delicious and presented lovely. A large variety and something different every day. The hotel was cleaned everyday! The cleaning staff work so hard to maintain and it really shows. Entertainment was different every night and all great! The pool was impeccably kept, outside areas cleaned everyday also. Winning cava/spa(for the whole room) was a lovely touch to bingo, we all loved it! Over all lovely stay! Thankyou all staff at europa splash ❤️

Definitely isn't all that bad as people make out. We arrived around 230am in the morning rooms were nice clean tidy BUT only thing is there was 5 of us 2 adults 3 children in one room 2 double beds and one single bed apart from that room was good. We had a balcony looking towards the hotel with pool. Food: was alright didn't like pizza there i enjoyed pasta and sauce with cheese & garlic bread with chips & ice cream and fruit. Plenty of drink machines for fruit juice and hot drinks. Unlimited slush ice cream milkshakes fizzy pop for all inclusive. We ate out mainly every day at an Indians called Shaan & India beautiful food aswell as the kebab shop called Turkish grill along the *****. Entertainment wasn't the best, was ok on some nights better then others. But it's what you make of it yourself. We went to golf ⛳️ around the corner 5€pp with any drink. Parc along the road approx 20 mins away. The pool was cold but still ok for kids they loved it. There was a little train aswell but we never got the chance to get on it as didn't know how to. Also a train runs to Barcelona city centre if you get on just past spar shop. I'd give this hotel 8/10 as was outta season and shops weren't all open. Would come back and explore abit more.

We booked with jet2 and had 10 days here with extended family. When we entered our room there were 2 double beds which weren't with a teenage girl and younger boy. We were given a fold up bed to go in the other room as again my mum and brother were supposed to share a bed. The pool was nice with slides and a pirate area for younger children. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. On occasions the meat was undercooked and we had to stop our 7 year old from eating the beef burgers. The street outside was very busy with shops. We wouldn't stay here again as the bedrooms aren't suitable for us and the food put us off a bit too. This was in summer 2019 so it might be different by now.

Excellent staff, wonderful size hotel for a families first holiday abroad, food was good and apartments were ok. We had an issue when we landed at Barcelona airport with a stolen bag, the hotel staff were outstanding at assisting us, being sympathetic and couldn’t have done more. Activities are well organised and advertised at the hotel. During the day there’s a few activities to take part in and in the evening there’s a good programme. It does run later than you’d hope for younger kids but we managed to go to some of it. The hotel itself is well located and not far from the train station (20 mins walk). The beach is accessible via the underpass, it is a shingle beach, so you’ll need good footwear. The hotel staff were again very helpful if you wanted to go anywhere or need advice about places. A few doors down there is an entertainment arcade, great 😊 for the kids (and adults)! We loved Hotel Europa Splash 👍🏻
