Staff so friendly and hard working. So accommodating to all requests. Food delicious and expertly presented. Bed so comfortable and slept so well listening to the owl outside. So much thought put into everything. A gorgeous area. Would definitely return

Stunning hotel, great location, excellent restaurant both for dinner and breakfast, the service was simply perfect. Absolutely cannot fault anything about this place, 10/10 will be coming back again soon. Special mention for the soup of the day

Beck Hall is a special hotel set in spectacular scenery. The plant based nature of the hotel was fantastic for us and being able to choose anything on the menu was wonderful. There was a a good choice of food which I’d put in the good to very good range. The customer service is excellent and you feel the staff working there are enjoying being there. The outdoor terrace next to the river (beck?) is very calming and we were blessed with great weather. Malham Cove is really close by (not a beach but a limestone cliff) and made for some epic walking during our stay. The only one thing I would seek to change is replacing the instant coffee option in the bedrooms. I don’t like instant coffee - tea drinkers get tea bags and the hotel gives you a flash of oat or soya milk for your room but please provide some real coffee in the rooms either a nespresso machine or some rombouts coffee filter.

Firstly, the food. Incredible. Every meal was amazing. The hotel itself had so much character, beatiful rooms in a beautiful setting. We got out for some amazing walks around Malham Cove and the surrounding area straight off the doorstep. And the hotel staff were incredibly polite, friendly and accommodating, particularly the waiters at dinner.

We have just returned to South Wales after our anniversary celebration at Beck Hall. We have to it’s such a beautiful setting, the room was lovely and modern, views were exceptional! We kept the window open to hear the stream trickling away. The stay was good, quiet, but the pillows were probably due to be replaced as they were very lumpy and didn’t offer much support. The food in the restaurant was hands down 10/10 for taste, presentation and creativity! Wonderful plant- based dining, a beautiful setting with lots of interesting sites to comfortably walk to. Returning to the coziness of the fire and cottagey vibes at Beck Hall after a rather rainy walk was also lovely. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Great vegan food (but you really don't have to be vegan to enjoy it), lovely atmosphere, quiet, comfortable rooms, cosy snug, beautiful location and great walks on the doorstep. Fantastic place for a short break. Our second time here and will be back!

The room and food were wonderful. Staff were attentive and very knowledgeable. A lovely restful and peaceful short break with great food. Ideally placed for great walks. A lovely picturesque stream outside our window for listening to and watching the birds.

What an amazing place! Elegantly decorated room, attentive staff without being pushy, hotel in a quiet spot close to the best walking, but the best part was the food which was exceptional. Every dish was well prepared, cooked perfectly and made our stay.

We've just found our new favourite place. This is our first trip here and from check in we have been made to feel so welcome, all staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food here is out of this world, the rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. There is a feeling here of being well looked after and we did not want to go home. Big thanks to Wade who was a star throughout our stay, you really made sure we were looked after. Thank you for a smashing stay, we'll be back! X Rachel & Adrian Wood
