前台美女服務員非常熱情，推薦了附近餐飲和回高鐵站的司機，房間也對得起這個房價了，很多是老兵入住酒店去看永遠留在那裡的戰友，酒店對他們有特殊優惠，👍一個。永遠不要忘記為國捐軀的英雄。

酒店很新，房間很大，床品很舒服。衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡水很大，洗髮露很好聞香香的。自駕遊方便停車，停車場在黃金三樓，第一次看到有酒店把三樓用在停車場的。酒店還送了一份水果盤，很貼心的服務。出酒店左轉10多分鐘就到華宇廣場，吃東西很方便。酒店早餐在15樓，品種豐富。建議需要訂住宿的朋友要臨街的房間，這邊可以曬到太陽暖暖的，晚上還可以站在窗子旁看外面的夜景。

陪長者來烈士陵園悼念老戰友，選擇的住這家酒店，很方便。停車場在三樓，有充電樁，晚上送水果，很貼心。早上早餐豐盛，長者很滿意，好評！

5星差評，平台下單301，前台開票283.34。入住感極差，第一次遇到把平台費用算在顧客頭上的酒店，前台服務態度很差，根本不把顧客的反饋當回事。遇見最大的坑，也坑不過麻栗坡金馬大酒店。

酒店很新，很衞生，位置也不錯，房間挺大的，酒店臨河、窗外的山景也不錯。停車場位於酒店三層，這個需要重點表揚，兩週之前的颱風暴雨，城內嚴重內澇，這種高層停車場的設計就能保證車輛不會被泡，車位充足而且還有充電樁，停車免費。早餐是自助形式，品種還算豐富，攜程預訂兩百多的價格在這樣的邊陲小城來説雖有點小貴，不能説物超所值但也算物有所值吧。

酒店到天保中國越南口岸、老山主峯、麻栗坡烈士陵園以及茨壩段觀看雲海都很方便。
酒店停車相當方便，沿着一個斜坡開到三樓有很多停車位。
