"I had already paid for the hotel reservation, but upon check-in they asked me to pay for the room again, telling me that the previous payment was just a deposit. The environment and facilities were okay, and it was a bit further from other hotels near the airport, but the price was cheap, so it was acceptable."

The shower was not working properly, and the TV was old and did not even have YouTube or modern features. Also, the mattresses were not comfortable at all. "The triple room was assigned as a accessible room, a last room in the hotel and also a connecting room. It had one double bed and one double sofa bed; overall, I wasn't very satisfied with the room arrangement. I stayed two nights. The room was too stuffy and had a lot of echoes; I had to borrow a fan from the front desk. The breakfast was excellent! There was a wide variety of food, including many gluten-free options. The location was very convenient, right next to the train station."

They do offer breakfast, snacks and dinner regardless which is a nice touch. Room cleaning has to be asked for in advance the night before, but towels and other amenities was replaced on demand.
