Great location...
I’ve stayed here a few times and it is always good value for money and easy to use, the communication with the host is good and the different choice of rooms is good. Free parking is available overnight a few minutes walk away after 6pm. Place is always clean and quiet.

The apartment was clean and beds comfortable but we weren’t aware when booking, that the apartment had only tony roof lights and nothing apart from a tiny bit if sky could be seen from inside which felt rather depressing.

Really pleasant little apartment very well located in the centre of Malton. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay and was very well equipped.

Good, but could be better with some fine tuning
Comfortable enough stay. Cleanliness could be improved - dirty kitchen units, a used plaster sticking to the extension cable for the large fan in the bedroom.
Seating in living area not big enough for more than one person, and chair is also falling apart - one side of chair barely hanging on and a hole in the bottom of the sofa/chair which was visible with the torn under fabric.
Couldn’t get the oven to work at all which limited dining options.
Bathroom needs a bit of TLC.
Great communication from the owners regarding entry, and info on the surrounding area.
