Very good hotel on the beach at Black Sea , we had two rooms , very clean , good beds , new lines and pillows , minibar , cofee/tea maker , large tv , bathroom very clean , new towels , super shower , all you need . Breakfast very good full of choices hot and cold plus vegan food . Spa and indoor pool super conditions . Staff friendly and professional at reception , restaurant and spa . We recomand this hotel .

Our cruise company booked us in this hotel for one night as the waters in the Danube were too low to get to Constanta. What a beautiful hotel looking out over the Black Sea. Rooms were large and very comfortable and the hospitality was great. Constanta is a vibrant town and we enjoyed our walking tour in the center. A bit of a bus journey to get here but well worth it.

Overall - The hotel provides a a good customer service experience. The check in was quick as well as check out. I never received my loyalty points which was disappointing and thus why rated a 4 and not 5. Hotel was modern and well appointed. Can't complain about anything about the property Good points: Nice updated room Provides an upgrade on room - thank you Parking was free Wifi was free and consistent Bad points None really, just not getting loyalty check in points Didn't have breakfast so can't comment I would probably stay here again.

An absolutely wonderful place, where every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. Everything was perfect – from the view and atmosphere to the comfort and services. I truly recommend it and will definitely come back.

Im a returning costumer at Crowne Mamaia. Is nice to see so much improvement from last year . The food was great the service perfectly( thanks to Estella who made this experience great) . Another server that made our experience great was Alexandra ( Fifi) . The beach is perfect . Not crowded at all , except on Saturdays but is normal. If you want a pool sunbed you better wokeup early . Im not a pool person so for me was not an issue . Is nice to finally have a 5 stars hotel in Mamaia that is also pet friendly. 5stars all the way .

From the moment I arrived at the front desk I was welcomed by a very polite and charming young lady that provided me with a fantastic Seaview room (104) and in addition all the information on the hotel which was amazing. Room was lovely and I slept like a log!! All amenities were in the room that you would ever need and the view of the pool and the beach from the veranda was perfect. The only thing I could criticise was the IHG free WiFi. It was useless!! Thankful the reception desk sent up one of their IT guys who connected me to another network and this seemed to work ok. However the hotel really needs to look at the IHG free WiFi as it was beyond a joke from the room at least. Breakfast was adequate with again everything you would need to start your day. A pool is located down stairs and there is a beach directly behind that with access to the sea. I will at some point soon return to this area with work and will stay here again. Next time I will have to take my wife
