Less personnel, less quality in services and more restaurants and bars are closed. The old stuff is gone and the new one is young and unexperienced. The sea vew from the infinity pool or from the room balcony is blocked by other hotels from the beach.

It is not worth the money!!!! It shouldn’t have more than 3*, although it is rated as 4*. AWFUL!!!! Very old furniture, no TV signal, very uncomfortable bad, horrible bathroom, no parking area close to it, just in front of Arena Regia. Avoid it!!!!

Very professional employees and a very clean and nice place. We liked a lot the SPA facilities and the treatments and also the restaurant, as well. The serving was good and the food very tasty. It is a good option for a relaxing break. It is the third time for us here.

Me and my fiancé had an amazing hot stone massage 😍 All staff very cheerful, therapists having knowledge all kind of techniques and performing them very well. They were attentive to our needs. They did an amazing job pampering us. Great place to go to relax your mind. The staff made us feel welcome and amazing and we just wanted to stay there the whole day. Whorty to go for a relaxing day 🤗

We returned in 2022 to Arcadia. This year they accepted holiday tickets for the first time, because the number of visitors decreased. And the staff decreased too, the old ones left and they hired (very) young people, but the young one were also dissatisfied with how they were treated by the management of the company and will leave. In addition, two blocks of 10 and 12 floors permanently block the view to the sea. Too bad!
