As great as advertised. The FD agents were great, security was so nice to let me know we had left the car unlocked. The place was clean and beautiful. I wish we had spent the whole week there. We will be back and hopefully we can stay there again.

The location is better. There is a mall not far from the opposite side to eat. The front desk of the hotel is cheaper than Trip.com and has breakfast.

everything good but noise of poolside wedding party is too.huge.that disturbed all tenants. can you put a little control to the volume. it makes the hotel like disco and inside the room and dining facilities and in lobby we are hear the beats from the pool!!

The staff here was very friendly. Melissa from the front desk was so helpful to us the entire time, providing suggestions and calling shuttles for us. The room was spacious and provided us with a great view of the trees nearby. The AC was very powerful, which is good when you've been outside all day.

The hotel is very close to the airport, clean and tidy, the mattress is very soft, and the breakfast is good.

The facilities are nice BUT they are lacking good service, It’s just just not there. Let me tell you from the beginning this place is NOT LGBTQ friendly, I spent a night here with my partner and the staff was very rude and kept looking at us in a very judgmental way, nobody gave us that welcoming feeling you expect from a place where you visit for the first time specially if you’re paying for the service and expect great things. From the beginning there were many issues. As a 5-star Hotels Forbes Trainer I can tell you they need to fix many things 1. The front desk staff is NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE about packages and what’s included in the price I booked my reservation online and never received any confirmations nor any details via email, I had to call the hotel and ask for them to process the reservation. Again the front desk lady knew nothing about it and had me call Marjorie? For more details. 2. They did not give me any details about breakfast when checking in and we missed it. The front desk Lady was rude and dismissive she did not provide any details about the services and where to find stuff around the hotel. 3. They did not give us the welcome cocktail 4. I asked for a different wine than the one included in the package and even though they couldn’t change it for free, they still did not offer me another option even as an extra cost, which I would’ve pay for if offered 5. During dinner, the server was so worried about 2 men enjoying their romantic package that she messed up my order and brought the wrong plate (never apologized for it) 6. The servers at Azul are rude and just not welcoming. Customer Service it’s just not present, it’s just plain rude and horrible service. In the end they have the facilities and they’re nice but they’re lacking great staff and great service. NOT recommended at all specially if you’re local, if I ever come back it might be just because of the American set up they have in most of the facilities but not because I was happy during my stay.

My biggest mistake was to rent this place. and this that your advertising is very good. but NOT THAT WERE TO see! . first error is that your location in Airbnb is bad. sends you to another address that is not. I continue to call Reception to ask for location because I am not from Managua. and they never sent it to me. I decided to search on the internet and finally arrived. when I came to reception the young woman was chatting and without saying hello he told me ”wait”. I don't forget to say there was a empty water bottle on the front desk what indicates me was not sanitation. after 25 I was not surprising that I had rented the room. Literally just crossing the street from/to the airport, perfect for early flights or late arrivals. Rooms are like small cabins, clean and tidy. Nice setup with two pools. The hotel facilities are Nicaragua style and so is the breakfast - good traditional breakfast, but don't expect a western breakfast.
