Hill County Resort & Spa

So , i went to this resort with my cousins, for 3 nights and it’s been so tolerating for us to deal with them. I’d like to elabrote so much abt them , is that from entering the room, first of all they didn’t give us the room which we expected at the time we booked online. We booked a duplex room, So move forward, the room which we get was tottaly messy and the switch boards didn’t work properly. Lights & bulbs were fused, In Bathroom there’s jet spray broken and the water leaking through on the floor. I mean tottaly worthless, to spent . There’s no landline to talk to the staff for any help even housekeeprs , are so lazy . I was so disappointed with my 3 days trip . and tbh this is the worst managent i’ve seen by the staff.

I went Manali with my family and we stay at Hill County Resort. Place is very calm and view from room was very good. Room size is fine and bed also comfortable. Staff is friendly and they help us whenever we ask. Food is good, we like breakfast and dinner both. Hot water was working fine also. It was nice experience for us. We enjoy our trip and will suggest this resort to others also.

My recent stay at Hill County Resort was incredibly disappointing. The food was extremely bad, lacking both flavor and freshness. Even worse, the kitchen was very unhygienic, raising serious concerns about food safety.The room was a major letdown as well. Despite being advertised as having beautiful views, there was no view at all from my room. Additionally, both the room and the toilet were very dirty, making my stay uncomfortable and unpleasant.The location of the resort is also far from ideal. It's situated in an inconvenient and unattractive area, making it difficult to access and enjoy the surrounding attractions.Overall, I cannot recommend Hill County Resort to anyone. My experience was far below expectations, and I would advise others to look elsewhere for a better stay.

It a pretty nice one. I would say food was okayish it's not the best but it's proper enough it's a fine place I mean it's Manali you do recieve facilities don't worry just have money and enjoy beautifully it's overall a good just enjoyyyyyyyyyy.

Very gorgeous room quality. This gives us a healthy type of food and its employee behaviour like a family members when anybody go here then it is extra feel adjustable and freely . So this is a good resort to stay.

Very good and standard hotel .. room was very clean and super and all facilities are good at conservation... Nice looking rooms .. hot water facility was available as well as cold so it is very imp lortant

Yeah it's good their tereece and garden is well maintained and it feels good and nature lovers will definitely love it because of cleanliness and vast variety of flowers in their garden the water fountain etc...are nice
