The staff at the Onyx Rotana, specifically the Citrine Cafe, are incredibly professional and very pleasant hosts. Shout outs to Wassem, Azeeka, and Nenchuya at the cafe, Shirley behind the gym counter, and the manager, Juvil. This Staff is always smiling, courteous, and accommodating. Additionally, the food and desserts are quite tasty, and the setting very relaxing. Definitely a refuge from the hustle and bustle of Manama. I highly recommend visiting. Two thumbs up!

Outstanding Performance. Beautiful & clean facilities. Supportive & friendly staff. We enjoyed every minute and every facility. Definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to visit again. Even though the hotel was busy during check in/out, the staff keep smiling and supporting the guests. We absolutely had an amazing experience. Thanks everyone in ONYX.

Amazing hotel! Spotless rooms, comfy beds, and stylish decor. The staff was warm, helpful, and attentive. Location is superb, close to key attractions. Breakfast was tasty, actually the food was great and everything was amazing.Would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay very comfortable room. Mahmoud at reception was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was very nice and had a good variety. The sea view room is very nice also. We hope to spend more time here next time.

Very nice and new hotel , everything was super. The reception was friendly his name rafaat, the facilities excellent, i never saw like that very modern. I will visit again for sure, i will bring my kids to enjoy in the fabulous outdoor swimming pool pool..
