Fantastic new hotel with a beautiful sea and skyline view. The reception staff is very kind and supportive and I would like to highlight Mr Bader the Concierge who is a real gem in the hotel. He always smiles and gives valuable recommendations and helps tirelrssly to the guests. Another name of a special housekeeping member is Sadek who has been always extra attentive, helpful and doing his job professionally. The breakfast selection is nice, the gentleman at the pancake station is another outstanding employee but as the breakfast is open until 10:30 only, it gets quite chaotic after ten and I think it would be more reasonable to extend it until 11 or to hire more organized waiters than the majority. The indoor pool is a haven to enjoy / when it is not full of screaming children with their helpers sitting on the loungers that happens quite often. The outdoor infinity pool and cafe is brilliantly designed and regretfully is not heated but I am sure its enjoyable in the summer months. I would like to highlight that there are nice saunas as well but the ladies steam sauna’s door is a very tricky one and the management should reevaluate its safety. Also the lady who attends the ladies saunas and changing room is very unkind seems to be not fitting to this amazing hotel

We had a training session for 3 days and the arrangement was quite clean, professional, staff available & supportive throughout. The food & coffee are also delicious. Great experience. The team with the supervisor Shrabon are amazing & super friendly.

The cleaning is very good with MR. Sade’s Thank you so much for your support I like the playing room And the indoor swimming it was great idea And the dining is is not that much good The view and the rooms was great The room service was good My experience it was great

We really like it, specially thanks to Azeeka for your friendly hospitality and the delicious food! The atmosphere is very nice, the view to the sea is beautiful. Everywhere is clean. Located in convenient place in the centre of Manama. I really advice this place🫶🏻🫠

I had a great time at the hotel in Bahrain we have have amazing view from hotel ,good quality of cleaning fully top-notch service's given by Afzal -Ranga both are very friendly.food was very good GYM is also so great appreciate all the onyx's staff thank you !

The service was excellent and the staff were very welcoming, especially Iqra. The overall atmosphere was great and the place was well organized. The food was delicious and the drink was very fresh. I would recommend this place for any kind of parties or gathering.

recently stayed at the Onyx rotana Hotel for 2 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was luxurious and a stunning view. I also enjoyed the excellent dining options. special mention to Ms.Juvil and to Mr. Tariq Chimsy and Imna whose professionalism and dedication were remarkable During our Breakfast!Thanks to them and the rest of the team.

We are stay here ONYX ROTANA 2/nights it's was very expotional stays Spaceially GY gaming zone!! Rooms all very clean, bed are so tidy one of the callague from housekeeping Afzal is so good on his work, the garnet restaurant is so good food also so delicious we will visit soon.....!!!
