The hotel was truly excellent and very clean in a way that makes you feel at ease. The room size was nice and comfortable, and it was well taken care of throughout our stay. Special thanks to Dharam, who was extremely helpful, polite, and respectful. Anything we requested was delivered quickly and with a smile. It’s a hotel where you can feel comfortable even during a long stay — trustworthy and 100/100 in cleanliness.

New hotel. Staff trying to welcome you with any demands you request. But still they need to work on maintain their equipment such in bathroom regularly as they are new and still leaking.

The hotel is quiet and beautiful, and the room overlooks City Centre Mall. The view from the outside is very nice, and the overall experience is lovely. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I tried their buffet; it was varied and delicious, and everyone was very helpful with any questions or requests. I also loved the view from the buffet. The games room was fantastic and had a wide variety of games.

Honestly, the hotel is nice and its location is good, but it's considered an apartment and not very large, and it's expensive compared to similar apartments. Also, the room is missing some things like an iron and toothbrushes.
