The hotel was likely built in the early 2000s and hasn't been significantly updated since. The furniture is old, the air conditioner is dirty, people smoke in the rooms, and there's chicken droppings on the balcony. Breakfasts are meager and repetitive; it's better to go before 8:00 AM, otherwise it gets crowded and there's less food selection. But overall, if you're not a demanding person, it's fine for 1-2 nights. On the plus side, it's within walking distance of the central market, the World Trade Center towers, Avenue Mall, and another market. There are bus stops nearby, a 24-hour supermarket, and many cafes and restaurants. It's the very center, if you can call it that... The airport is a 15-minute taxi ride away. The hotel doesn't make me want to come back.

First time stayed here, the room is clean, comfortable. The staf is good. That would be great if there is dental kit in the room. The breakfast is fine.

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff. Other than that, I'm surprised how anyone could stay here. It's a bad hotel in every way.

Pros: • The location is right in the city center, making it convenient to reach any attraction, and only 20 minutes from the airport. • The breakfast is decent and varied, predominantly Arabic and Indian dishes, but also included boiled eggs, toast, butter, and yogurt – generally nutritious. • The room was clean with fresh linens. They only provided shampoo and two soaps, and a bottle of water was given daily. Cons: • My room was at the very end of the hall, and the Wi-Fi didn't reach it, forcing me to work from the hallway, which was inconvenient. I discussed this issue at the reception and suggested moving one of the modems closer to my room, but nothing was resolved. • The water pressure in the bathroom was quite poor. Overall, I liked the hotel. It's definitely seen better days, but the price-to-quality ratio is fair. If service isn't your top priority, you can confidently book it.

It's an economy hotel, and the price definitely reflects that. The surrounding streets are crowded with many shops, making it feel a bit chaotic, so I wouldn't recommend it for solo female travelers. Bottled water is delivered to the door daily. The breakfast selection is very limited, with no meat options. The Wi-Fi signal is also quite poor.

The location is quite far, at the end of the alley, so it's a long walk. When I called, I found out there were only two bottles of water in the room. There was no soap or toothbrush, so we had to buy our own.
