InterContinental Hotels Bahrain Photos

We enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental Bahrain. The location was perfect for us with the Manama Souk and Bahrain Harbour area nearby. There were many good restaurants on site and nearby. It was also close to lots of cafes and shops. In the near future there will also be a metro station nearby. Check in at the hotel was smooth. We were even able to add on a breakfast for our last day and make adjustments to our reservation request in person. We rented a car and the valet service was very good during our stay. We booked a king bed room and it was nicely appointed. They had a couple of nice chairs, large TV, coffee/tea station, mini fridge with bar and a table side console that controlled the lights and temperature throughout the room. The TV had screen mirroring and Bluetooth features that were easy to connect to. Our room had a large fruit platter which had perfectly ripe fruit and we were delivered 3 small chocolate platters during our stay because of Eid celebrations. The pillows were a little soft for us but they have a pillow menu that we utilized. Our room was very quiet for most of our stay but our neighbours above and beside were unexpectedly loud the last night and we had to call for assistance a couple times. The bathroom had very nice products including lotion, body wash, conditioner and shampoo. The shower was nice too but when using the rain head we found the water leaked out very easily and made the floor wet. There was a speaker in the bathroom but we could not figure out how to connect to it. The pool area was awesome and relaxing on the rooftop of the Regency tower. The hotel had two pools but the one on the mezzanine level by the restaurants was closed during our stay due to Ramadan celebrations that had just finished. The pool had lots of different day bed options, large towels and some very good cocktails including one of the best Pina coladas I've had in the middle east. The wifi was good throughout the hotel but it was a bit spotty in the corners at the pool. The change room had lots of lockers and large shower stalls that had the same nice products from the hotel bathrooms. They have a large health club/gym in this area too and a racquetball court. Manama is a foodie paradise and there are many top notch restaurants around so we opted to eat offsite for most of the days. We did try the breakfast on our last day and we paid 12.5 BHD per person. There is a good spread including pastries, cheese, eggs to order (including a very good shakshuka), western breakfast items, three kinds of bacon (including pork), pork sausage to order and a good honey selection. The best part of breakfast was the fresh juice. They offered us late check out which we appreciated and it was easy to check out at the counter but the valet service was very busy just after 1 pm and the traffic made it difficult to get out and to the airport in the rental. We spent maybe an extra 10 minutes to get out but every other day we had zero issues using the valet and roads nearby. The stay at the Intercontinental was very relaxing and we felt refreshed for each day exploring Bahrain. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Bahrain.

Big and spacious room Very good location near to the souk I will visit again

My room was comfortable, providing me with restful nights throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a diverse selection of delicious food. The 24-hour gym was well-equipped and convenient. However, the true highlight of my experience was the breakfast staff—they went above and beyond to make my stay truly enjoyable.

I always stay at intercontinental hotel, their service is wonderful and the location of the hotel near albahrain gate i can get there by walking and the swimming pool is great for family, i reslly recommend staying there it’s my first option.

InterContinental Bahrain is located in the center of Bahrain. Downstairs is the Bahrain Gate Market, which is very convenient to go anywhere. Although the hotel opened in the 1980s, the facilities and rooms are well maintained. The hotel has two swimming pools, which are taken care of by a dedicated person every morning and are very clean. The breakfast room is located next to the swimming pool on the M floor. It is refreshing to enjoy breakfast while looking at the blue swimming pool outside the window. It would be better if there were more breakfast varieties. The restaurant waiters greet people with a smile every day and have a good service attitude, especially a waitress named Jennier. When we asked where the gym was, she took us there directly. It was really kind. Thank you very much for her assistance. The room is clean and bright, and the layout is reasonable. I sent an email to the hotel in advance to note the latex pillows and non-smoking rooms. The hotel met all of them. Because our return flight was at 11 pm, the hotel front desk directly gave us a 4-hour delayed check-out service when we checked in. It was really considerate. If we go to Bahrain again, InterContinental will definitely be our first choice and highly recommended!

Big brands are good. I wrote an email to the hotel to arrange a paid airport pick-up before I went there. The Pakistani guy from the hotel came to the airport very early. He was very enthusiastic and rushed to carry my bag. The hotel front desk lady was very enthusiastic. I was not satisfied with a room and she immediately helped me change the room. The bedding was very comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the waiter at the breakfast place was also very enthusiastic. The swimming pool was super beautiful. Knowing that our flight was late, they asked us to check out at 3 o'clock. Next time I go to Nalin, I will stay at InterContinental. The old market is just outside the door. It is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun

The room facilities are quite satisfactory and the decoration is quite old. Other facilities are quite good, and the bed feels comfortable when sleeping. The breakfast was good, and there was also extended service. There was no charge for late check-out until 3 pm on the same day. Overall feeling good.
