Housekeeping require request at reception, else it will not happen. Even if it does, it is done with changing of towels, no water replacement nor coffee replacement. Swimming pool is out for maintenance without being informed until you reached the door. Reception is friendly and helpful and the room is big and sufficient. Another plus point is the ease to the mall which is accessible via level 1 carpark. Unfortunately had a very inconsiderate neighbour who blasted the music through out the day and night despite calling to security several times.

I had a wonderful stay and facilities were excellent! Ashwathy and the staff were very accommodating and hospitable. I will highly recommend staying at BW Suites to anyone planning on visiting Bahrain!!
