A hotel in the heart of Manama, close to all tourist attractions and shopping malls. The reception was good. This isn't my first experience at the hotel; previous stays were better. However, during my last stay, the hotel's name changed, and unfortunately, the management, cleanliness, and services deteriorated. The cleanliness was zero, the apartment smelled terrible, and basic amenities like towels, slippers, soap, and toothbrushes were lacking. Even a kettle and iron were unavailable. Despite repeatedly requesting these things, no one responded. My stay was extremely unpleasant, and unfortunately, this will be my last time staying at this hotel.

The staff were very hospitable and kind, the front desk workers were very supportive and willing to help with any and every concern. The rooms were cleaned very well every day and also include every amenity that you could think of. Hotel was very clean inside and outside the rooms and the location is great. 10/10 experience, highly recommend.
