不管是出差還是旅遊，住了這麼多次酒店，從來都是習慣性好評，這是第一次評價，且差評。我是瑪納斯人，回到家鄉，因為家裡房子太熱選擇帶着長者孩子住酒店。2025年了，我真不敢相信還能以248元的價格住個快捷酒店水平的大酒店。瑪納斯迎賓館滿房，在攜程搜尋了酒店，西海大酒店，看名字看價格應該都不差，定了3個標間2晚。入住當天，我們放下行李就出門，問前台要6瓶水帶着，前台居然告知房間已經有水，我説我沒拿下來想帶着，前台説：6瓶水太多了。我嘞個豆，我定3間房，2晚上，6個人住，6瓶農夫山泉純凈水都給不了嗎。最後前台説要請示經理，然後才給了我。很難評你們酒店的服務，住了這麼多酒店，沒見過這麼摳門的。早餐酒店是沒有的，要給餐票到樓下的早餐店吃早餐店味道還可以。酒店的設施大家自己看圖吧，快捷酒店的水平。拖鞋薄的像紙，洗髮水沐浴露還是袋裝的，吹風機是上個世紀的水平，衞生紙，算了不提了，大家自己看。樓下停車場挺大，有充電樁，這是唯一的好感了。退房那天要了4瓶水，前台説：可以給個好評嗎？呵呵，純凈水是酒店的標配吧，什麼時候變成好評才給了？總之一句話體驗感極差，再也不會來第二次。服務＝0

很滿意，超好的一家酒店，每次需要住店就會去訂這家，服務態度好，衞生環境都很好，而且有智能功能，窗簾，開關燈不需要自己起身，真的超好。

如果我住80的房間，圖片裏的都不是問題。 195的房價，去前台要幾個衣架，被保安大爺説了一頓。嘴裏説著:就這麼幾個衣架，誰都要。拜託大爺，我不是帶走，我洗衣服，用一下。第二天身體還有些癢癢，估計是床不太乾淨。環境設備自己看圖吧。能避坑就避坑吧，還是連鎖酒店靠譜
